Communication was difficult with the staff due to their limited English proficiency, which made it challenging to make requests or ask for help.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in this hotel! the location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We also loved the handy device provided in the room, which we used to easily navigate the city and find new places to explore. the hotel app was a great help in planning our itinerary.

The size of the room and the bed, which were both quite small. Being taller, it was a bit of a struggle to fit in the shower.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for our romantic escape. We were just a short walk from all the restaurants and cafes we wanted to explore. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby for quick snacks and drinks was extremely convenient. We also loved that there was a spa and sauna on-site, it was the perfect way to wind down after a busy day.
